Journey
Day 1: Moshi/Arusha - Tarangire National Park
Explore Tarangire National Park, a paradise for elephants! See them alongside lions, zebras, giraffes, and more. Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch amidst the scenery.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Continue exploring Tarangire National Park or relax at your accommodation. Opt for an unforgettable hot air balloon safari (extra cost).
Day 3: Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara
Travel to Lake Manyara, a haven for birdwatchers. Spot tree-climbing lions, flamingos, pelicans, and ostriches among other wild animals. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the park.
Day 4: Hadzabe and Datoga Cultural Tour
Travel to Lake Eyasi to visit the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Learn about their way of life, witness their hunting skills, and enjoy their traditional dances.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Enter the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Witness the vast plains teeming with wildlife on an afternoon game drive.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park - Full Day
Explore the Serengeti at your own pace. Enjoy game drives or relax at your camp. A thrilling hot air balloon safari (extra cost) is a great idea.
Day 7: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater rim (inside Ngorongoro Conservation Area). Enjoy a scenic drive with the option to visit a Maasai village or a historical museum (extra cost).
Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater then transfer to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport/Moshi
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Witness a vast concentration of animals, including the “Big Five.” Enjoy a final picnic lunch before departing for Arusha town/Kilimanjaro Airport or Moshi town depending on your travel plans.
Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti
After breakfast, we travel west across Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As we exit Ngorongoro Conservation Area, we enter Serengeti National Park. We will have a game drive as we work our way to the Seronera portion of the park (central Serengeti) for dinner and overnight rest.
Day 10: Moshi/Arusha - Tarangire National Park
Explore Tarangire National Park, a paradise for elephants! See them alongside lions, zebras, giraffes, and more. Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch amidst the scenery.
