Day 1 – Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Transfer to your hotel. Arusha City, located in the northern highlands of Tanzania, beneath the twin peaks of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro, is the safari capital of the country. Guests embarking on the popular northern safari circuit all stop here to prepare for their journeys into the African bush. Established by the Germans as a centre for colonial administration in the early 20th century, today Arusha is one of the country’s most prosperous towns and a major centre of Tanzanian diplomacy and international relations – lending it its nickname, the ‘Geneva of Africa’. Day 2 – Tarangire NP

Breakfast at the lodge. Drive to Tarangire NP with packed lunch. Lunch inside the park. Tarangire offers some amazing chances of catching Tanzania’s wildlife! During your game drive, stay on the lookout for gazelles, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, olive baboons, lions, and much more! Be on the lookout for incredible bird varieties like yellow-collared lovebirds, hammerkops, plovers, and more! Seeing God’s diverse creation within their natural habitat is nothing short of breathtaking. In the evening drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Country Lodge.

Day 3 – Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, you'll begin your journey toward Serengeti. As you pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a true natural wonder. By midday, you’ll arrive at the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s largest park, spanning over 14,000 square kilometers. The park boasts an incredible variety of landscapes, including grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. This is also the stage for the awe-inspiring Great Migration, where wildebeest, zebra, and antelope move in vast numbers in search of fresh grazing, an unforgettable spectacle, depending on the season of your visit. After an exhilarating game drive, you’ll head to your camp, where you’ll enjoy a delicious evening meal and unwind with an overnight stay. Day 4– North Serengeti National Park.

Today begins with an early morning wake-up and a hearty breakfast before heading out to Northern Serengeti for a full day game drive in the Serengeti. Your professional guide will take you to key areas of the park, focusing on wildlife hotspots and following the path of the Great Migration.The migration is a year-round event, but the best chance to witness the dramatic Mara River crossing is between July and September, when thousands of wildebeest and zebras risk the treacherous river in search of fresh grazing. With over 1.5 million wildebeest and countless other animals moving across the ecosystem, every game drive offers something unique. After an unforgettable day on safari, you’ll drive to your camp for a relaxing evening, a delicious dinner, and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the wild. Day 5– North Serengeti National Park.

You can have a relaxed breakfast and depart for game drives around 9:00 AM with packed lunch or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive. Later return to accommodation for breakfast and relax for a bit before proceeding for another game drive. Return back to the camp for lunch. Relax a bit at the camp. Continue with game viewing drive with the chance to spot the legendary Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. As the animals roam freely across the vast, unfenced plains, you’ll enjoy a truly immersive and uninterrupted wildlife experience. Dinner and overnight at Tanzania Bush Luxury Camp.

Day 6– Central Serengeti National Park.

You can have a relaxed breakfast and depart for game drives around 9:00 AM with packed lunch or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive. Later return to accommodation for breakfast and relax for a bit and depart to Central Serengeti with packed lunch. The four-hour drive to the central will offer mild en-route game. The drive south from the Mara River valley takes you through hill country, the Lobo area, woodlands and then back into Seronera terrain. The central portion of the Serengeti - known as Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. It features the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. As you make your way into the Seronera region, you will begin to notice the hilly and broken terrain altering into plain grasslands. In Seronera one must really look out for the many lion prides that thrive in this region. The interactions and survival of these lion prides provide an excellent game viewing experience all year round. A picnic lunch will be done during the day long drive itself. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation at Hippo Trails Camp.

Day 7– Ngorongoro Crater.

After breakfast you will depart with picnic lunch boxes to Ngorongoro Crater. Situated some 190 km, west of Arusha between Lake Manyara and Serengeti National Parks and covers an area of over 8,000 sq. km. the Ngorongoro Crater at 2,286 meters above sea level is the highest unbroken crater in the world. Surrounded by very steep walls rising 610 meters above the crater floor, this natural amphitheatre covers an area of about 260 sq. km and is home to unto 30,000 animals, almost half of them zebras and wildebeests. Such vast numbers attract predators a plenty, mainly lion and hyena but also cheetah and leopard. The Ngorongoro has been declared a World Heritage Site and is regarded as the eighth wonders of the world. Descend the steep walls into the UNESCO world heritage site of Ngorongoro Crater floor for game viewing drive. In the afternoon you will ascend the Crater floor and drive back to Karatu. Rest of afternoon spend at leisure to relax. Dinner and overnight at Marera Valley Lodge.

Day 8 – Lake Manyara NP

Breakfast at the Lodge. Drive to Lake Manyara, arriving with plenty of time for game-drive. Lunch taken as picnic lunch. Located beneath the cliffs of the Manyara Escarpment, on the edge of the Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its large alkaline soda lake which is home to the pink flamingo, yellow-billed stork and heron. If you are lucky, you may get chance to see the tree climbing lions, which are unique to this national park. Watch out for some fun antics from the local baboon population; Lake Manyara is believed to have the largest number of these primates in the World! Drive back to Arusha and transfer to The African Tulip for dinner and overnight.

Day - 9 Depart

Leisure breakfast and lunch at the lodge, and depending on your departure flight back home, you will be transferred to the Kilimanjaro International Airport.
